Standard endpoint protection to help prevent cybersecurity incidents. Additionally, managed firewalls, SIEM, and Email protection services are available.

IT Support

All of our plans offer remote IT support via phone, email or through our customer portal. On-site IT support is available depending on your location.

Monitoring and Alerts

A Remote Monitoring and Management agent is installed on all managed end points. All endpoints will be monitored 24/7/365 and alerts will be generated for any issues.

Backup and Recovery

Daily backups of endpoints with 30 days of retention is included in all of our plans. Additional backup features such as increased frequency and retention is available.

Patches and Updates

Monthly updates are applied to all of your endpoints that will be tested prior and scheduled to not interfere with your business. Out-of-cycle critical security updates is included at no cost in all of our plans.

Technology Partnership

Weekly and monthly reporting is standard on all of our plans. Additionally, we will make recommendations based on the age and support lifecycle for all of your devices.

You may provide a 30-day notice at any time to terminate the contract, unless specific conditions, such as hardware rental agreements, require written notification as explicitly stated.
